In-Depth Testing
All of our gaming PCs go through an extensive testing period and separate quality control process before shipping. This helps us find and eliminate any pesky issues before your PC is shipped. We want to ensure your gaming PC arrives in perfect working order, fully configured, and optimised for gaming.
Any issues that are flagged can be sorted and remedied, leaving you free to just plug in and play!
Extensive Warranty
Faults happen, things break. We all know this.
However, to ensure your PC and wallet are protected for when the unexpected happens, all our gaming PCs come with a three year warranty, which typically also covers parts and labour.
This means in the unfortunate event that you need to send your PC back to us for a repair, you won’t need to cover the cost of shipping*, labour, or the parts yourself. In fact, most of the time, we will even collect the system from you! If you do need to ship the PC yourself, we even have a helpful guide detailing how to properly package your PC.

Cherry-Picked Hardware
As we’ve mentioned before, every gamer has different needs. While we’d like to, we don’t all need to game on an RTX 4090!
